The bidding round for the single regeneration budget for 1995–96 does not close until September this year. It will be up to local bidding partnerships to decide what priority to give to the needs of ethnic minority children and to bid accordingly. My right hon. and learned Friend the Home Secretary has transferred, for incorporation into the single regeneration budget, the following financial year amounts from his Department's section 11 provision:
