§ Mr. Lennox-BoydSince the start of the crisis European Community humanitarian assistance 1.0 the region totals about £15.2 million, in addition to substantial amounts provided bilaterally by member states. Further support is being considered. Following a decision of the European Development Council a Troika mission will assess the situation by visiting neighbouring countries in early July.
