Mr. Richards

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, what revisions he intends to make to his programme of market testing.

Mr. Redwood

The revised programme, which runs from October 1993 until September 1996, covers activities involving at least 1,500 posts and valued in excess of £20 million, compared with the previous programme total of 300 posts and £5 million. The programme includes the followingWelsh Office: Typing Services Records Management Services Architects and Surveyors Services Activities within Cadw National Museum of Wales: Warding function Sports Council for Wales: Activities at Plas Menai and the Welsh Institute for Sport Non medical activities within the Welsh Health Common Services Authority The Careers Service in Wales
