§ Mr. BowisInformation on the numbers of children looked after in residential accommodation and in foster placements at 31 March 1992 and the estimated weekly costs per child, from the publication "Key Indicators of Local Authority Social Services", will be placed in the Library. Care is needed in interpreting the figures because accounting practices vary between local authorities.
