To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department if he will list the names of all the solicitors' firms which have so far applied to the Legal Aid Board for a franchise.

The names of individual firms of solicitors which have applied to the Legal Aid Board for a franchise is a matter of confidence between those firms and the board.
