33W
§ Mr. BoswellIn the academic year 1993–94, the higher education students early statistics survey showed an estimated 43,000 franchised home and EC fee-paying HE students in further education colleges. The number of franchised HE students in FE colleges in 1994–95 will depend on decisions taken by individual HE institutions on how and where to deliver the teaching supported by HEFCE funding allocations.
