§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe type of prostheses used for hip and knee replacements is currently a matter for agreement between commissioning authorities, GP fundholders and hospitals, when agreeing contracts. Commissioners are able to stipulate that they wish to be informed before any changes are made.
