§ Mr. Gwilym JonesSince 1 Janaury 1993, my right hon. Friend has received four representations, all of which were objections to proposals to change the use of existing properties to such homes. My right hon. Friend has no proposals to increase the powers available to local planning authorities to control this type of development.
