§ Mr. BoswellMy right hon. Friend makes satisfactory arrangements to provide support through mandatory awards and student loans for most students domiciled in England and Wales on designated courses in higher education. Provision of support for other students in further and higher education is a matter for LEAs and other award-making bodies. Access funds are available for full-time students in particular financial difficulty.
