§ Mr. Lennox BoydThe World Health Organisation informs us that, in addition to providing emergency assistance to north-west Somalia, it is establishing longer-term support to enable improvements to the existing health care system, better disease control and continuing provision of vaccines and drugs. Reports to date suggest that the WHO has made some limited progress in difficult circumstances.
