§ Mr. Michael ForsythInternal guidance notes on the operation of the code of practice in the Employment Department and in the Employment Service have been available for some time; the Health and Safety Executive's internal guidance will be available shortly; the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service relies on the central guidance on interpretation of the code of practice. Copies of internal guidance notes are being placed in the Library.
