§ Mr. RedwoodThe Welsh Office guidance on implementing the code of practice was issued internally on 19 April. I have sent a copy to the hon. Member and copies have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses and of the Welsh Office, Cardiff. A bilingual leaflet for the public is in preparation and will be distributed to advice centres and public libraries in Wales.
