§ Mr. HanleyMy Department's internal guidance on the implementation of the code of practice has been freely available since 4 April, and may be obtained by either writing to my Department or telephoning the Ministry of Defence public inquiry office on 071–218–6645. I am also placing a copy in the Library of the House.
