To ask the Prime Minister when he expects to ratify the 11th protocol to the European convention on human rights.

§ The Prime Minister
The United Kingdom signed protocol 11 to the European convention on human rights on 11 May 1994, the date on which it was opened for signature. We intend to ratify the protocol in due course.
