§ Mr. MacGregorThe final outturn figures of my Department's running costs for the financial year 1993–94 will be made available shortly by the accounting officer, in the appropriation accounts. Provisional expenditure for the Department's running costs, including the gross costs of executive agencies that operate on a net running cost basis—the Driving Standards Agency, the Transport Research Laboratory and the Vehicle Certification Agency—and the Vehicle Inspectorate, which is a trading fund, in the breakdown requested is as follows:
