§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNo decision has been made under the Government view procedure that Race bank will be the source of material for the Mablethorpe to Skegness coast protection scheme. If Race bank material is used, the NRA will pay the Crown Estate a royalty based upon the current commercial royalty rate in the area taking into account the quantity, quality, grade and location of the material used.
