With regard to the London boroughs transport scheme's permit system, what proportions of the estimated annual savings to business of up to £3 million arising from the abolition of the permit system relate to: (a) the fitment of air brake silencers to exempted vehicles; (b) other modifications to such vehicles; (c) repairs to such vehicles; (d) routeing of vehicles to comply with permit conditions; (e) driver training to reduce environmental intrusion; (f) court attendance for the relevant traffic order infringe-ments; (g) associated fines; (h) associated legal costs; and (i) any other costs of complying with the traffic order apart from those directly incurred in obtaining permits.
