Whether they will reconsider their answer concerning the use by Azerbaijan of NATO weapons in the conflict against the Armenians of Nagorno Karabakh (HL Deb., 13th July 1994, col. 1819), in view of the evidence provided by the recent report from Christian Solidarity International.
