§ Mr. NelsonThe Government's latest assessment of the degree of spare capacity is set out in paragraphs 1.58 and 1.59 of the "Summer Economic Forecast 1994", published on 28 June. The summer forecast also predicted that real GDP growth of 2¾ per cent. this year would continue at the same rate next year, accompanied by low inflation.
