§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Treasury today is publishing a booklet containing estimates of the effects of various illustrative tax changes on tax receipts in 1994–95 and 1995–96 and preliminary estimates of the costs of the main tax reliefs in 1993–94 and 1994–95. Copies are being placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
