§ Sir Hector Monro[holding answer 19 July 1994]: The Scottish Office Agriculture and Fisheries Department met recently with the National Farmers Union of Scotland to discuss the allocation of sheep annual premium quota to those producers who had applied to categories 3 to 7 of the 1993 national reserve. Allocations to category 1 and producers have already been made in full.
