§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make it his policy routinely to place in the Library copies of all speeches he, or other Ministers in his Department, make on matters for which they have departmental responsibility in the period 21 July to 16 October.
§ Mr. SoamesArrangements will be made for copies of speeches made by Ministers in my Department in a public forum, which make policy statements, to be placed in the Library of the House.
