To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he has reached a decision on the market testing of IT services in his Department.

§ Mr. Heseltine
The market test of the IT services branch of the Department has now been concluded and it has been decided to award a contract to Hoskyns Group plc whose bid was judged to represent the best value for money.
