To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish, for each local authority's housing revenue account in 1979, 1984 and 1989(a) the amount of capital debt, (b) the loan charges and (c) the rent burden per house per annum based on the best on estimate available of the housing stock in each of these years.
