§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 7 July,Official Report, column 310, what is his latest estimate of the date of completion of consultation with local authorities and their associations concerning the powers to be transferred from the Development Board for Rural Wales to them at (a) borough and (b) county level.
§ Mr. RedwoodIt is my intention for the consultation with the local authority associations to be completed as soon as possible.
