To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment how many tenants of the North Hull housing action trust from 1 Avenue, Greenwood avenue and South close have chosen to return to council tenancies; what are the reasons for the delay in returning tenancies to the council; and when he will give his consent for the transfer of tenancies to the council.
