§ Mr. BaldryWe have received no representations on the conduct of the Parti pour la Libération du Peuple Hutu in Burundi. The United Nations Secretary-General's special representative is in Burundi to assist the Government and the Organisation of African Unity in their efforts to restore democratic institutions, rebuild confidence and stabilise the situation. With the consent of all concerned, the presidential election has been postponed and is now to take place before 12 October.
