To ask the Chairman of the Catering Committee what was the country of origin and method of production of the veal served in House canteens in the week of 11 to 15 July.

§ Mr. Colin Shepherd
All veal used by the Refreshment Department is of British origin and is purchased only from suppliers who use the quantock method of rearing veal calves.
