§ Mr. Gwilym JonesAn evaluation will be completed this year and a summary of a report published in July 1993 was widely circulated throughout the NHS. A copy has been placed in the Library of the House. Glan Clwyd has the most developed system but all major hospitals have made significant investment and information on costs is therefore not available in the form requested.
