To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many United Kingdom heavy goods vehicle drivers are currently in prison in(a) France, (b) Spain, (c) Portugal, (d) Italy and (e) the whole of the European Union except the United Kingdom; and if he will make a statement.
