§ Mr. HanleyPlanned levels of defence expenditure for 1994–95 to 1996–97 announced last December and set out in the "Statement of the Defence Estimates 1994", Cm 2550 are unchanged as a consequence of "Front Line First". Spending in each year as a percentage of forecast gross domestic product is expected to be as follows:
