§ Mr. BarnesTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many motorists were(a) charged with and (b) convicted of (i) failure to accord precedence at pedestrian crossings, endorseable offences, (ii) failure to comply with traffic sign, (iii) speed limit offences, (iv) driving after consuming alcohol or taking drugs and (v) reckless driving and so on in Scotland in 1991, 1992 and 1993.
