§ Mr. SproatThe National Heritage Act 1983 lays responsibility for the management of the national museum of science industry, of which the science museum forms part, on its board of trustees. It is for the trustees to decide their priorities within the resources available to the museum.
§ Mr. Nigel JonesTo ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage when he last paid an official visit to the science museum; what plans he has for future visits; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. SproatI last visited the science museum on 15 March to attend its annual dinner. I have not made any plans to visit in the immediate future.
