To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many cases have been heard since 1989 by fair employment tribunals consisting of(a) three Catholic members, (b) two Catholic members and one Protestant member, (c) one Catholic member and two Protestant members and (d) three Protestant members.

A breakdown of the perceived religion of panel members for the fair employment tribunals which heard and determined cases since 1989 is shown in the table:
