§ Mr. BoswellThe Department does not have information on the numbers of school leavers for 1993–94 141W or 1992–93. The estimated numbers of school leavers in England in 1991–92, 1990–91 and 1980–81 were 519,200, 541,900 and 734,000 respectively. Comprehensive data on leavers from further and higher education are not collected centrally.
