§ Mr. Gwilym JonesMy right hon. Friend the Minister with responsibility for disabled people announced the publication of a consultation document on 15 July. The Welsh Office contributed to its preparation. My right hon. Friend and I welcome the publication of this document and would encourage everyone with an interest in these issues, especially disabled people themselves, to let us have their views.
