§ Mr. McLoughlinPlans have been approved for 33 areas in England, providing for 110 business link outlets. Some 34 business link outlets are currently operational. I expect around 60 business links to be open by the end of the year. The aim is that by the end of 1995, every firm in England will have access to a business link. I have today placed a list of established business links, current applications and partners involved, in the Library of the House.
