§ Mr. Charles WardleMy right hon. and learned Friend has received the Committee's report on this subject, which was based on the work of the sub-committee chaired by Dr. Onora O'Neill, principal of Newnham college, Cambridge. I am grateful to Dr. O'Neill and the other members of the sub-committee for the efforts that they have put in to this difficult and important subject. The Home Office will be consulting with regulatory and other interested bodies about the committee's recommendations. Copies of the report have been placed in the Library.
