§ Mr. FreemanA local group—CREATE, campaign for rail electrification Aberdeen to Edinburgh—comprising local and district councils, trades councils and chambers of commerce, is due to release a report by the end of July in conjunction with Scotrail, on the feasibility of the electrification of the line between Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
