§ Mr. StewartIn Scotland the selling price of NHS and other property is publicly available when the purchaser's title is recorded in the general register of sasines or the land register, as required by law. It is for the NHS body managing the transaction to decide, in the light of the circumstances, whether price details can be released at an earlier stage, bearing in mind the fact that information on property disposals may be commercially sensitive.
