(2) in what official circumstances he has been photographed in a group with Mr. Gordon McNally.
§ The Prime MinisterThe three large functions which I attended, at which Mr. McNally also attended, were on 29 September 1992, 13 November 1992 and 23 March 1993. Photographs are often taken at such events and may have been taken on each occasion.
