§ Mr. NorrisIn making his announcement on 17 May it was my right hon. Friend's intention that details of ships detained in United Kingdom ports should be published as soon as possible. The Marine Safety Agency is preparing the information in a format suitable for publication. The first set of results will be published shortly.
