§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his oral statement of 7 July,Official Report, column 463–65, (1) what consultations he has had with the chairman of the Welsh Development Agency concerning the appointment of Chestertons as estate agents to advise on the agency's Cynon valley land deal (a) by open tender and (b) without tender;
(2) what arrangements he is making for securing additional consultancy assistance to guide the process of transfer of Development Board for Rural Wales functions to local authorities.
