§ Mr. RedwoodNone of the current board members of the Welsh Development Agency is a councillor; 30 percent—three—of members of the Development Board for Rural Wales are councillors, which will be increased to five members following my statement on 7 July; and 50 percent—four—of members of the Land Authority for Wales are councillors.
