§ Mr. Lennox-BoydNo. There is no evidence that the recent deaths in the Canary Islands from carbon monoxide poisoning were connected. Nor is there any evidence that a criminal offence was committed in connection with the death of the British national. If they wish the family can make a claim for compensation through the civil courts.
