§ Mr. NeedhamThe final costs have yet to be settled. As stated in my answer of 3 May 1994,Official Report, column 415, I will write to the hon. Member when they are. The final costs will include the ex gratia payments of £220,307 made by the Department, without any admission of liability, to the liquidator of Joanne Bickerton Associates and certain suppliers of Joanna Bickerton Associates.
