§ Mr. EggarCommission decision 3632/93/ECSC of 28 December 1993 establishing rules for state aid to the coal industry is directly applicable in the United Kingdom, as in all member states. Consequently no United Kingdom legislation is needed to give effect to this particular European legislation.
