§ Mr. BowisMy right hon. Friend the Minister for Social Security and Disabled People, will be co-ordinating action on this front and will involve other departments as necessary.
The national health service provides services for everybody on the basis of their clinical need. A consultation paper on this will not therefore be necessary.
