§ Mr. SackvilleThe Department does not keep records of the number of requests received under the environmental information regulations or of when they were answered. The Department does, however, keep records of refusals to supply information and on what grounds.
In the period 1 January 1993 up to 30 June 1994, the Department made no refusals.
