§ Mr. FreemanUnder the passengers charter, BR offers compensation to the value of 20 per cent. or more of the ticket price paid if passengers are delayed for more than an hour. I understand that 30 passengers have so far requested compensation for the delay at Royston on 19 June and over £500 in compensation has been paid. I am not aware of the number of passengers affected by the delay.
